  • Haaaappppyyy New Year!!!! Rang in 2021 w the man of my dreams on a trip to Orlando. We woke up NYE and decided to hop on a plane. It was lovely to be in the sunshine and warmth, if only for like 48 hours! Now in self-imposed quarantine back in NJ, since FL is very lax about masks in public places I was actually fine with food while we were away, but once I got home the comfort eating kicked in. I'm aiming to keep my nutrition positive, and get back into my fitness groove.

    1/16/21 - Update - Back in to a better nutrition groove. Also keeping up with supplements and hydration (90 ozs of water per day). TOM is coming up and I'm on a mission to counteract all potential symptoms. Strategy = hydration, iron tables (with magnesium for "regularity") triple leaf hormone balance tea, and pressure point self-massage. Planning to end the month strong with a new low for the year!
