  • Oy... It's been a rocky start to the month so far... I keep getting SO CLOSE to my goal (130's) and then missing it... And then blowing everything. GAH! Break the cycle!

    Wed, 04/10 - 146 (went to the gym after work)

  • I recently have been evaluating fine dining restaurants. So we are going out to eat a lot more than I ever have in my life. We are going out tonight, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. If I keep this up, it looks like 130 lbs will be the norm. Life vs weigh less! The eating out has been fun (even if it's technically work).
  • I hear ya... something about eating in a restaurant just makes me want to eat MOAR... even if there are healthy options available.
    So cool to be able to eat out that often, though!
    This might be a bit extreme, but have you considered doing an intermittent fast and making your restaurant meal your only meal for the day?

    That's a good idea. I don't think I could do it though.
