Feb 2- 126.4 lbs
Feb 3- 126.0 lbs
Feb 4- 126.2 lbs, yesterday was a party where I had birthday cake, a garlic knot (I never eat bread), and husband and I split a shake at Stewart's (upstate NY, the best ice cream). I ate too many nuts. Walked like 3500 steps since we traveled up and back all day. I was expecting worse, just under 2000 calories.

Jan was solid on the weight loss front, but a bit intense on the work/life front. Feb is also shaping up to be a bit of a doozy, but hoping to stay accountable and keep on this downward trend.
Feb Start = 147.6
Feb Goal = 143
T - 2/1/18 - 147.8
F - 2/2/18 - 146.4
S - 2/3/18 - 147.4 (despite a late night eating sesh of instant noodles and brownie batter )
S - 2/4/18 - 145.6
M - 2/5/18 - 145.8
T - 2/6/18 - 146.8 (no idea why the sudden jump... Sodium, maybe?)

All is good, trying to cut after bulking around ten pounds. Hope your month is less crazy than January! We have off from school in February so looking forward to that.

ugh so frustrated with my body; based on my cal log I should have at least lost a 1 lb. My waist feels small but my measurements haven't changed either. im so annoyed and its making me sad

ugh so frustrated with my body; based on my cal log I should have at least lost a 1 lb. My waist feels small but my measurements haven't changed either. im so annoyed and its making me sad
Keep at it, you'll get where you want to be. Our bodies don't always seem logical.
The scale went up a lb to 139.6 today, but I dined out last night and sime of that could be sodium.
I forgot my scale has body weight and water %. My fat percentage is much more than a bmi calculator would guess. I wish I knew for reference what my fat % used to be when i was smaller and weighed 122 and was working out regularly-I just had not been using that option of my scale.
Anyway this is great because I want to be sure I am losing fat, not muscle.
