I'm working through an injury. I messed up my right hand playing racquetball and can't put much pressure on it.
March 1- biceps

March 3- shoulders and elliptical
March 4- chest and ran
March 5- triceps and ran 30 min
March 6- cardio 1 hr
March 7- shoveled snow!
March 8- back
March 9-
March 10- elliptical, treadmill
March 11- shoulders, stepmill, elliptical
March 12- elliptical, treadmill
March 13- shoveled snow, chest, abs
March 14- elliptical, stepmill
March 15-
March 16-
March 17- elliptical, treadmill
March 18- circuit, cardio
March 19- elliptical, stepmill
March 20-
March 21- shoveled snow
March 22- shoveled snow
March 23-
March 24- elliptical, treadmill
March 25- circuit, elliptical
March 30- elliptical, treadmill
