Goal- I'm not sure. I was 118 lbs, then started lifting heavy, same diet, gained. I plan on increasing my cardio and lowering carbs and seeing what happens (I normally stay under 100 net). I don't want to be 130 lbs again, so this 125 lbs + nonsense is getting to me
