  • Almost time for the holidays!
    Goal- I'm not sure. I was 118 lbs, then started lifting heavy, same diet, gained. I plan on increasing my cardio and lowering carbs and seeing what happens (I normally stay under 100 net). I don't want to be 130 lbs again, so this 125 lbs + nonsense is getting to me

    Dec 1: 127.0 lbs

    Matinee: our goals are pretty much identical although I'm at a slightly higher SW.

    I have no problem getting my exercising in but the eating is hard (especially when I have too much time on my hand, as is the case with winter break). But I'm really hoping to get to 127 by the end of this year!

    Have fun! We had a party today. I ignored the desert table at school, brought some stuff home for my husband and kept it in the trunk on the two hour ride home

    I was planning to only have two cookies at each party....didnt work out well

    12/11:129.2 (I ate about 20 cookies this weekend so it could've been worse, but I still worked out and kept my water intake up. Im just glad to start a week off in the 120's. its been a while a down 3.2 lbs from last week!)
