Goal: Stay under 120 lbs
June 1: 122.4 lbs June 2: 122.5 lbs, two weeks minimal gym, mom's house every day, stressed out of my mind June 3: 121.0 lbs (LS) June 4: 121.4 lbs (LS) June 5: 122.8 lbs June 6: 121.9 lbs June 7: 122.8 lbs 13,500 steps June 8: 123.8 lbs ack |
Goal: Keep at 1000-1200 calories. Lose weight, instead of gaining it...I'm totally out of control! Exercise daily.

Hey. Yes, it's been totally out of control here also. I haven't worked out consistently in two weeks. All I have been doing is working, trying to fix my mom's problems, and eating too much.

Checking in for an out of control month :( Eating and exercising in a deficit is complete bs, I gained 3 lbs....
Going to try the PIYO home exercise program in addition to my run/walk cardio and Barre class. Also going back to staying under 1000 cal, shooting for 900's and staying away from energy gels/protein bar's. The energy on the 10k and 5k is gonna suck, but I have to fit in my dress come the 17th... Goal: recoup losses and get back to 107's. 6/6: 109.9 walk/jog 2.8 miles 6/7: 109.3 |

No reason for it, either. Just haven't been paying attention. Oy... New month starts in less than 24 hours... |
Me too. These past two months have been hard. I have had no life, doing stuff for my mom. The lack of gym and food choices here weren't the best either!
