S/C/G: 112/112/107

Default

Hi, I'm new here. Recently moved from a city (walking ALL the time) to a suburbs (in car all the time). Also hitting the age of 48.5yo has done something wacky to my body. Not able to lose weight, periods off, etc.
So, starting at 112 and none of my pants fit. Hoping to get back down to my normal range of 107 (I'm super short).
Thanks!

Thank you so much for being dedicated, JenFZ09! I've been such a slacker for a long time, but hoping to jump back in for October.

Thanks. I'm trying to figure this out. I'm up six pounds from last year, some is from lifting heavy, some I'm sure is not
