    April 3: 122.6 lbs changed my diet up..higher fat..hmm...this experiment might be ending soon! I stayed at 1350 cal today, 14k+ steps

    Not sure what that increase is about unless it is pre-TOM bloat or water retention from the wine/increased exercise this week. Hoping it comes back down in a few days.

    That is kinda cool to be seeing muscle definition like that. It is really hard for women to show any muscle!
