How tall are you? If you are five foot this will be easier, if you are like five eight, it will be harder. It's hard to judge with so little information.

I'm 4' 11.75". I usually round up to 5' 0" when using calculators. I weigh 129.6 lbs, 34% bodyfat. Currently eating 1300 cals and working out everyday for an hr (just started last week, previously working out 40-60 mins 6 days per week)

Okay. You are realistic with your expectations. Literally keep on doing what you are doing. It will come off.

How are you exercising? I would do weights at HIIT.

Hey matinee88. Sounds like you are doing great to me! Just wanted to post an encouraging word. I am working on the last lbs too and trying to get motivated to start this process again and be serious about it.

I hear you on the period weight gain. I am in the same place. I just keep reminding myself, it is water and it is temporary and it is motivating to not go in the wrong direction!

matinee, you sound like you're doing everything right. Just keep at it but be patient because 1 pound loss per week can seem slow but will add up and will be easier to maintain! Set mini goals and take measurements and progress pics to help as well.

I usually lose about 1 pound per week on average over 12 weeks so I think you should aim for 10-12 weeks to lose 10 pounds. What you are doing is very similar to what I was doing so just be patient and if you need to take a day or week to eat at maintenance, that's fine too as long as you come back strong.
