I am new here. Losing weight on your own is very difficult, so I decided to try to start this challenge. That said, I find that motivation is a big issue in reaching any weight loss goals. Is anyone interested in starting a weight loss challenge (about 5 lbs. to start) where we motivate each other frequently to succeed? Let me know if you want to get started.
