Thanks for starting the thread, Kristi! Good luck, everyone. It's going to be a fun month, and we're going to gain KNOWLEDGE as to how our bodies react, weight-wise, to what we do. Knowledge is power! ;)
Lowest weight for November: 108.2 Last unofficial weigh-in for November: 109.2 Goal for Sunday: None. I have a "weight and see" attitude. :D 12/1/15: 111.4 12/2: 109.8 12/3: 109.2 12/4: Unofficial weigh-in early in the week. 108.0 (Recording 108.2, as that's the next step down from the last time I made weight on 11/22.) Yay, I made weight! Now I can go holiday shopping and eat anything I want. ;) |

Workout goal: 1000min total _________________________ 1. 55.6 kg (122.5 lbs) 2. 56.0 kg (123.4 lbs) - wth?? evening: a couple od bar pull-ups, 60x bar pull-ups with a chair, 1h stationary bike (30 min normal setting, 30 min on max resistance, so it was cardio+leg strength), 20x 8kg kettlebell squats, 20x 8kg kettlebell squats 3. 56.0 kg (123.4 lbs) - so annoying. |

biting the bullet and coming back to daily weighing <hangs head in shame> I have been off the rails recently. It's not the weight that concerns me as much as the behaviors. Binges and nearly no exercise. Always a great combo :rolleyes:

I weighed myself today for the first time in, oh... three years? Maybe three and a half.
I'm now at the weight I was when I was first married, before my 5 kids. :) I was secretly hoping it would be lower, but why am I complaining?! That's awesome stuff. Also, vanity sizing is soooo real. I'm a size 12 right now, and the last time I was this weight I was a size 14/16. (about 13 years ago) |
