    Aw, you are so sweet to ask! We're having four different Christmases this year - and into the next - which involve a lot of travel, so I haven't had any time to check in.     Just got back from what one daughter called "Twicemas," and now preparing for...Thricemas? Glad to see everyone here is staying on/keeping track of their numbers! And you, Jen, are steady Fredericka, due to your exercising so regularly and dedicated-ly. I am following your great example and running about 29 minutes from now!

    You have some interesting patterns, Pidge, that really seem to work for you! That loss without measuring was amazing! Maybe, if you feel like it, you can write about that. Do you think you ate less because you weren't worried about the numbers on the scale?
