9/1: 116.6 9/2: 116.2 9/3: 115.8 9/4: 115.4 9/5: 115.0 9/7: 115.8 9/9: 115.0 TOM 9/10: 114.4 9/11: 114.4 9/12: 114.8 9/14: 114.6 9/16: 112.4 9/17: 112.6 9/18: 112.6 9/20: 113.4 9/21: 113.4 (time for better workweek eating cycle) 9/23: 113.0 9/24: 113.6 BTB and TOM-like bloating (I think pill change is screwing me up) 9/25: 113.6 9/27: 112.2 (not bad considering family visiting and I ate out 2x) 9/29: 110.8 9/30: 110.6 Overall a productive month, I think I may shoot for under 110 in October. Keeping it vague because I have 2 trips planned and it will be very hard to eat "my food". |

Of course, that was just weight gained during the last trip. But I have to be very philosophical and upbeat, to keep on track. I'm under 110, so no worries. There was an uptick this last week, but it was under a pound. I'm adding some free foods, but those will be gone at some point, and the solid losses will start again. I'm in no hurry. ;) |
