    As for me, I haven't weighed this weekend at all. I've done fine for the most part, at least not any worse than most weekends. I did go a little overboard last night on caramel/cheddar corn and got a stomach ache. Oops. Also, I finally ran into a group of Girl Scouts as I was exciting Sam's Club on Friday, but I only bought one box of Thin Mints. It's only half gone and I've been sharing, so I think that's speaking wonders for my self control!

    I am 130, as of this morning. Teetering on the cliff of the 120's! Argh! lol. So close. Can't wait to join you in the next thread.

    I ate on Saturday and Sunday and think the big jump is sodium. Repeating to myself over and over again that I did not gain 3.5 lbs of fat ( I ate a little below maintenance both days).

    Also looking at the weekly trend I am still down 2.2 lbs. Trying really hard to not let it get to me and keep pushing forward.

  • I am STILL (3 days now) teetering right at 130.3. I am just WAITING for that scale to say 129.6 or something, lol. Maybe tomorrow...

    I hope you do see me over there! But...it won't be today. This is my 4th day of weighing exactly 130.3. I am literally .3 pounds from being in the 120's! Hopefully before the end of the week.
  • Congrats on making it stick, flower! I hope you enjoy your new decade! As for you, midlife, you're gonna see a (hopefully huge) drop any dang day now. I wouldn't be surprised if you plummeted past 130 when you do actually drop. We'll see if I ever make it over there with you guys. I'm fairly naturally muscular, so I'm guessing around 130 is gonna be where my body will cut me off at a "comfortable" weight, so I don't know if I'll push much past that or not.

    Anyway, 136.8 lbs for me this morning, which was my weight yesterday too.
  • 135.2 lbs this AM. I'm looking forward to the weekend jump (not!) since I'll be eating more than during the week. Oh well, it keeps me from feeling too deprived during the week and the scale is consistently moving down from week to week. Hope everyone else has a good weekend!
  • 129.2 as of this morning! I have officially broken out of the 130's! (I hope). I am in a good mood today! Slowly, but surely, I am getting there.
