Reminds me of one of things I tell myself when I've had my calories for the day and those pangs hit: "Hunger is fat leaving the body!"
(That's me waving 'good-bye' to my fat!)
Thinking of only going for 112.5 next week, so I can be shooting for actual half pounds on the scale, and not "off" amounts like .4 or .8. Good excuse, eh?
