This week, TOM is arriving some time around Thurs/Fri, so I guess there's no point in weighing in again till next Mon. NO EXCUSES...I WILL get out of the 140s in July! Last month, I averaged less than a pound a week.
So it's time to ramp up my workouts and add in more strength training.On the upside, I saw some pics from the 4th of July that didn't make me cringe. I looked happy and healthy.
It only gets better from here so I need to stay dedicated and focused on improving not only my appearance but my overall health.EmmaD: Hang in there girlfriend!
You already know that I completely feel your pain! I loss 3 lbs in June! Three itsy bitsy pounds after all that hard work. Yet, 30% of my summer clothes are too big! I've already spent a small fortune getting alterations done on a few dresses. And have a ton more to drop off.
