Scale says 116.2 but I think it's more like 118 on my scale at the other gym....

I've been away from 3fc for quite a while, but I've gained a bit of weight since I initially lost it. Need some accountability again; here's to losing those 10 pounds!

I want to participate! Finally made an account after lurking for some time! I really need to keep the motivation alive and looking at my weight daily helps! ;)
SW (after losing the first 30 pounds in college): 153 Original GW: 139 CW: 129 New GW: 118 (then reevaluate to possibly try for 108!) Oct 1 132.2 Oct 3 129.6 (first time in my teenage/adult life I've ever been in the 120's! I didn't think it was possible until a month or so ago when I reevaluated!) Oct 4 129.6 Oct 6 128.8 (dehydrated) Oct 8 130.4 Oct 12 131.2 Oct 13 129.6 I typically get stuck for a few days, then "lose" a pound over night. I'm waiting on 128 to come back! :( My goal is to be close to 118 (hopefully at least to 120) by new years. I average about a pound a week so it's possible! Good luck! |
