  • Hello, I just crossed into the featherweights today. 149.0. Hopefully I will be staying and not bouncing back up. It is so encouraging to be getting so close to goal. I've been having a bunch of milestones lately.

    My best advise: it is so worth it. Don't give up

    I go down all week and then bam! Back up over the weekend. It almost makes me wish my weekends were less fun.
