Hey,

I hope you don't mind me joining in. I am new to the forum :)

Yesterday I did a 14km/8.75 mile walk with my twin boys in pram (took less than 2 hrs) & ran 10.5km/6.56 miles on the treadmill :)

Hoping to do this again today.

Have been slackingoff and it is starting to show on my waistline :o
