Same boat for me. I've tried cutting caffeine in the past and I'm shocked I still have friends left from those dark, dark days. I drink about 3 cups a day, black, usually espresso if I can get it. I've given up cutting it out because, frankly, I love the stuff and it doesn't hurt so, yay coffee!
