  • 141.6 this morning. This didn't seem right, I was expecting at least 144, but I moved the scale and it said the same thing. Well, I'll take it anyway, hope it stays. I honestly can't manage to make myself calorie count right now, but I'm casually trying to break my several-month maintenance (@143.6 lbs) with focusing on healthy food. No big deal if I can't, I'm at a pretty good weight already and like to enjoy my food, but I'd like to be a tiny bit slimmer.

    Chronostasis - Do you do any specific workouts or do you just focus on eating healthily? I think you're at a great weight for your height already!

    This morning I weighed-in at 138.8 lbs. I'm feeling a little bloated right now, so tomorrow's weigh-in is gonna be a surprise for me since I don't know what to expect. I'm gonna try to stay within my calories this weekend. I set a goal of 2200 (maintenance calories) for both Saturday and Sunday but I'm pretty sure my weight will be up by a few pounds. So I'm gonna wait until Monday/Tuesday and see what the scale says then.

    I've been bopping around a bit, now at 139.4 this morning. DH and DD just left for a week (fencing competition) so I will have more time on my hands and fewer external influences on my diet. I hope to use this time to get a solid footing in the 130's. Starting out on the treadmill right now.

    yoyoma - Being safely in the 130s without having to worry about bumping back up to the 140s - I guess that's both our goal right now You got a whole week to really focus, that's awesome! I'm sure you miss them though :/

    Hoopty - My walk is about half a mile each way and takes under 10 minutes. I mostly started doing it to save gas in my car - what is the point of driving less than a mile?? - but the exercise is a bonus benefit.

    Hoopty, first I want to be able to move my ticker to goal by my own rules (at least 3 days in a row at or below the number). I know that won't mean I'm safely out of the 140s; that will be the next goal!

    The scale was at 138.6 this morning, so with luck I'm on the way to my ticker goal!

  • I was down to 147 over the weekend, only another pound till I've lost a stone (and back to my pre baby weight ) and then only another stone till I'm back to my lightest weight x

    I went waaaayyyyy over my calories on the weekend but I had an amazing time with DH. I'm back to 139.2 lbs though. I'm hoping to be back at 138.x lbs soon!
    We'll be going to the gym tonight and because I'm so sore from Monday's workout I'm probably only gonna focus on cardio and legs/glutes.

    I'm not eating anything but veggies today, my stomach is so upset from constipation.
  • 138.8 lbs this morning!

    My stomach's been bothering me as well...I had way too much oil on Sunday. It hasn't stopped hurting ever since. As soon as I eat, I get stomach cramps. I'm very gassy too and (TMI ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I've had diarrhea now for the past 4 days.
    I ate my usual breakfast today (oatmeal, vanilla soy milk, flaxseeds, pineapple, blueberries) and only 5 min into eating I started having cramps again. So I've decided to fast for the rest of the day. I don't EVER fast and I know that I will get super hungry, but I feel like I don't know what else to do. Ugh. I hope this will be gone by Saturday, I don't wanna ruin our splurge day on Sunday, I'm so excited for it!
