    Would you please share your average daily menu?

    Just wondering to see how much and what do girls who are 5’5-5’4 at 125-120 lb eat
  • Throughout a random day (some items combined to make other items)....

    1 whole egg
    4 egg whites
    3oz tuna
    2c greek yogurt (plain)
    5c steamed veggies
    5c raw veggies
    2T evoo
    grilled shrimp (a lot)
    a lot of melted butter
    low-sugar fruits (cucumber, tomatoes, etc)
  • Thank you for your reply...waw, it is very little food. Are you on low carb or calories counting?
  • I should have been more clear; it was a lot of shrimp (2 meals) with melted butter.
