Reasons to Hit Goal
I was thinking we could all list our personal reasons/motivation to hit goal and lose the last few stubborn pounds.
Here are some of mine:
- To *comfortably* fit into my two main pairs of jeans. (I fit now, but it's too snug). If I actually get down to 127, I could get into my BELOVED pair of jeans.
- To *comfortably* fit into my bra (I gained way too much weight in my chest, and it's not a good thing in my case).
- To take pressure off my feet that were previously injured. (It's 95% cleared up, but I know losing weight will help).
- To look forward to clothes shopping again!!!
- To feel more attractive
- To fit into some of my really pretty, adorable "goal clothes" that I can no longer wear
- To reduce my breast cancer risk/risk of other diseases (I carry my excess weight in my stomach, which is not good, and my family has a history of breast cancer)
I'm sure I have a lot more reasons than that, but this is what came to mind for now.
What are your reasons??

My main inspiration is that I'm going on a cruise in August and want to look my absolute best in the holiday snaps!
But generally:
-I have lower back and knee pains, so hopefully it will help with that
-I want to lose some boob (they're huge )
-To not have to shy away when my boyfriend tries to cuddle me with his hands on my stomach
-Be able to walk past mirrors and not go 'ugh'
and just all over feeling more confident and healthy!

To return to my "best" size, the one I feel right in
To be strong. I was always skinny fat and I want to be skinny strong.
To lose my belly. I covet a flat stomach.

To know that I worked hard and did it.
To have more self-confidence.
To be able to run longer distances more easily.

Sports performance, all the way! The less dead weight (fat!) I have to carry around means faster runs and bike rides. Not to mention, I want to look great? And hopefully be an inspiration for others to exercise and eat healthy.

to fit back in to most of the stuff in my wardrobe! The overall measure of success is to be able to wear a couple of pairs of work trousers that i had tailored for me in Hong Kong one time (that i've grown out of and dieted back in to a few times already over the last few years!). If i can wear these easily again then everything else will fit too. That's the real milestone for this whole effort!
and secondly i'm hoping to increase my running now my shoulder is on the mend, so less weight makes that much easier too.

- to have clothes shopping be fun again!
- to run a half marathon (:
- to not be self conscious about how I look all the time
- to wear summer clothes (dresses, bikinis, shorts) and feel fine
- so I can get back to the maintaining lifestyle
- so I can focus on other things!
- to really appreciate my healthy body this time around <3

your list is pretty much my list especially that last one, i lost the weight but i didnt have much money (was in last year of college) so couldnt afford to really go shopping for clothes in my size (except workout clothes) i was also very self conscious (still am but maybe less now?) and wore baggy clothes, sweat pants and hoodies hiding my body when i should have been proud of my accomplishment.

To be able to feel good in clothes instead of self conscious.
So I can run around with my kids without getting out of breath.
So I can live my life without aches and pains the extra weight causes.
So I can be healthy and live a long life.
So u can set a good example for my kids and not teach them my bad eating habits.

-Because I want to see what my body looks like without fat covering it! I want to see the lines of my legs, abs, and arms.
-To be able to wear short shorts without worring about my leg (I have an old injury that basically rearranged the fat on my left inner thigh, so when I wear shorts, it makes me look much heavier than if my thighs looked the same). Loosing weight has improved this a lot, so the more I can loose, the more equal my legs will look!
-So my belly button ring looks CUTE on a toned stomach! Loosing weight has made it look cuter, so I want to complete the journey!
-Being a size in the single digits
-Feeling AMAZING because my body is working optimally. Eating right and exercising makes me feel SO good, and I want to continue that for the rest of my life.

Your list is pretty much my list but I would like to be able to run a 5K, I am not self conscious about how I look unless I try to wear something tight fitting which even then I don't care. I've learned to love myself in the weight loss process, I have more self hate than any healthy person should. I'd like to wear summer clothes and sit into my smaller uniform size at work. I love the maintaining lifestyle this time that I finally maintained a weight and I would very much so like to go back to that!

YOU ARE SO WORTH IT AND SO IS FEELING GREAT!
These were my goals and most listed on everyone elses list ..including having an entire walk in closet of clothes that did not fit. I had regained close to 25 lbs.{to hit a goal I thought would stick}
I am here to say YOU CAN ALL DO IT!! Stick with it I started on Dec. 27 of this past year and by April EVERYTHING fit again....I never would have belived it would take only 4 months. I walked around with the extra weight for 2 years and a pound plus here and there I kept gaining.. I hit my goal and have been maintain at 7 to 9 pounds below for going on 3 months. AND GUESS what!!!! Now almost nothing fits cause its TOO BIG!
So hang in there and stick with it DO NOT FOOL YOURSELF! Be diligent,if you want it bad enough you can do it!

I'll admit it, I just want to get a bangin' bod for vanity's sake!
(Well, also, to feel really *in control* of myself).
