During "intimate time" with the husband. I feel like a cow. And trying on bras and/or swimsuits, which I avoid like the PLAGUE.

I'm already pretty tall, so being around all of these petite women (under 5 foot 4) regardless of their actual weight, makes me feel like an elephant.

Really whenever I binge...I hate feeling bloated and over full.
And I hate feeling my thighs rub together with extra fat...HATE IT! (when I'm my healthy weight my thighs still touch...they just aren't *rubbing* together when I walk) But when I'm on track, eating what I should and exercising I generally feel great! |

I feel fattest when I'm eating something high calorie, decadent or otherwise not on plan. I also feel fat when I choose to skip a workout. I guess guilt makes me feel fat. :D
