Just wanted to say I plan on joining in later this month!

I plan on finding a scale while I'm in Japan and keeping track. My eating habits are going to change so much, I think I'm going to need some sort of feedback to let me know how I'm doing! I know how much steak and steamed vegetables I can eat and not gain weight, but eating out and having fancier home-cooked meals, I just don't know how to regulate that as well, lol.

And of course I'm watching y'all again. (;
