I'm going to hop in here, even though at 155, it'll probably take me a while to get out. I'm finally in the home stretch though...let's do this, ladies!

You've got this Hotaruchan! I lose slow but steady, 3-4 pounds a month really. I JUST got below 150 yesterday! You'll get there :) And WAY TO GO on losing 42 pounds so far! What an amazing accomplishment!

I've been off the wagon and must have been holding on to a lot of water...I'm down to 153.4 lbs today! My scale is in kilos and today was the first day with a 6 at the beginning of my weight instead of a 7 (or even the dreaded 8 at the beginning of all this). Stupid, but it made me smile.

151.5 this morning. Sunday I was 148, but the numbers just creep on up.... my body is very stubborn. I should really respect it's persistence! Lol!

Hi everyone,
glad I found this thread! I'm about 153 right and hoping to get out of the 150s in another few weeks. 150s have been hard though! I feel like during the week the scale bounces all over, Monday I was 153.2 and today I was 154.8. How does everyone deal with this?

I try not to weigh every day but sometimes I check because I want to make sure I'm still down.

That kind of fluctuation is normal. Your body is always inputting and outputting, you drink water you eat food, and your body gets rid of waste and you sweat. Sometimes you have inputted and haven't outputted yet so you weight more, sometimes you haven't inputted in a while (like in the morning) and you have outputted anyways. A few pounds is normal within the span of a day, I find my weight can vary around 3 pounds per day.

But really your body isn't a constant, it's ever changing and thus so is your weight.

152.5 this morning. (HUGE SIGH) Up 4.5 since Sunday....frustrating.....it's hard being an impatient freak about weight loss

Stuck in the 155-158 range. Just can't seem to budge! Oh well, new year, new start!
