I broke the plane on Monday morning and finally hit 149.5, but that didn't even last a day. It was a fluke. I am back at 152. On the bright side, even thought the scale isn't dropping as quickly as I'd like, the pants I wore today were noticeably looser.

Woo! It's a start. And even if it was just a short time under 150, you now know it is within reach! Keep it up you're almost there! :)

I DO NOT understand by body. Woke up to 154 today... after a day of eating like an elephant. Seriously?? McDonalds, stress eating of candy, a nice strong beverage, and a 700ish calorie frozen pizza RIGHT before bed... and the stubborn pound goes away. It is NOT supposed to work that way!!

Not counting my calories this weekend. Eating whatever the heck I want and being more active. Did an ab workout friday night that worked my legs as much as if not more than my abs and then played the new Just Dance for 40 minutes last night. Have a friend coming over today to play with me :)

Woke up to 154 again today. If I wake up at 153 tomorrow I'm strongly considering dropping the calorie counting for good. Otherwise I'm going to start counting again tomorrow.

Hey guys,

I've been bouncing between 156-158 for the past 2 or 3 weeks--and it's my own fault. Due to several events and parties, I've been cheating a lot and eating off plan. If I could just zero in for the next week, the scale will start moving again.

My goal is 140, but even 145 would be awesome. Just 10-15 more lbs and I will be happy.

Well after a good week at 156 or so I'm back below 155 again to 154! WOO!!!! :) Got to keep this up! Don't think I will be making my goal of 149 by the 1st LOL 5 pounds in 3 days is kinda unreasonable, but I hope to be close at least.

Hey gals! How has November been starting for my people in the 150s? I am on day 2 where I've hit 152! Today I even was 152 with my PJs on (yesterday I was 152 nekkid. LOL) I am thrilled! I am getting so close to the 140s I can taste it!

Just over 150! My scale only goes by the pound, it's an old fashioned one with a dial, but it's sitting between 150 and 151 this morning!! I'm getting SO CLOSE!

Back on my way down, had some lazy months where I was not putting effort into planning my meals and slacked in my workouts. Plan to get back on track with clean eating and a variation of LAWL and crossfit. It's been a long while since I last stopped in but have my own tablet to carry with me. As of today back at 158lbs and on track. Hope to be at 145 for my birthday in February! :hug: some familiar faces and lots of new ones too!
