I'll jump right in. Finally 134! After seeing 140 for 138 for soooo long I am happy. Lets see those scales at 132-133 by the end of the week :)

I'm back after 5 days of debauchery in Dallas for my best friend's wedding. Too much food and drinks, but totally worth it! 131.9 this morning. Hoping to get back into the 120s again soon... I got there in Deember but after a week at my parents' for Christmas, I haven't been below 130. I have a cruise to Mexico in 3 weeks!

Hey feathers.. I'm still truckin along. Doing pretty well actually. My motivation is back and I've been staying on plan for a week now. 132.8 this morning so seeing the 120's by February is still my goal.
What's the hardest part of your diet/exercise plan? Mine is saying no to salty jalapeno chips and a pop while watching tv in the evenings! |

To tonimaroni2: great job! The hardest for me is not to undereat or overeat. Sometimes I get overselous and don't eat enough and with my crazy exercise routine I sometimes end up munching on little things (an apple here an orange there) all day, instead of going and getting my protein from a nice chicken sandwich! I eat healthy foods, but I am always afraid I am going to overheat on them! It is hard for me to cpunt calories since I cook myself mostly and I find it hard to estimate...same with exercise...for example I run as then doing kickboxing class and then HIIT class and then I would do a gazzilion of crunches, then some leg exercises, then mashies and dumbells - how on earth am I suppose to even estimate how many calories I burn with that?! |

Another week, another pund:133.2 on a scale this week. I am slightly under weather, but keep exercising. Yesterday I ran my longest distance ever - 7 miles non stop!

Finally felt un-bloated enough to step on the scale today: 134.5! :yay:
This is the least I've weighed in 3+ years (probably closer to 5 years)! It's so surreal to have been trying for so long, and finally make some headway. It's hard for me to believe I can even make it out of the 130s anymore (lol despite being in this thread) but I'm halfway there now! And I've been wearing jeans that I could only fit into before when I was 120 - 125, which is CRAZY. The only thing that's different this time is I check in here at 3fc regularly to stay motivated. I guess it really has kept me on the straight and narrow! |
Elena - 7 miles that's crazy. Good for you! I'm not an exerciser unfortunately so as I get skinnier, I'm still not in good shape. I bet you look great!
Vabs- fitting into smaller (and cuter) jeans is the most rewarding part of losing weight for me. Congratulations! I'm still hovering around 132.something... About to break a 24 hour fast at lunchtime though so a drop on the scale would be cool. |
