i LOVE fruits. i think they're my favorite food group.
i usually eat bananas mixed with my yogurt. i tend to pre-slice & freeze my bananas though so they last longer, & i don't end up eating as much of it. & i eat an apple almost everyday too. since it's watermelon season i've been eating a lot of that as well. i've lost a lot of weight by munching on fruit instead of crackers, chips, etc.
