Jan 2 to Feb 6 - fluctuating between 145.2 and 142.2
Feb 13 - 144.2 Feb 20 - 145.6; have a cold and things are not going well Feb 27 - skipped due to illness; didn't want to know the damage! Mar 5 - 144.4 Mar 12- 144.4 again! such amaaaaaaaazing progress :p [... long lapse of sloppiness. The highest number I saw was 146 but I wasn't weighing regularly] May 1 - 143.0; I have made a COMMITMENT in May to get out of the 140s. We'll see! ... lots of diddling around, slip-ups, maintaining in the low-mid 140s. FINALLY got SERIOUS about diet the last week in June and started to see some downward motion... July 11 - 139.8; The last time I saw something in the 130s was last Halloween day. Took me long enough. Now just 5 (or 10 or 15...) lbs to go!! |

I keep coming back to this thread, as it is interesting to see my whole YEAR's progress. I guess it has been good overall so far. Lots of ups and downs. I can't believe the last time I came here was July!!

I was just curious how I am beginning this year compared to last... not much progress. I am a few pounds less than I was. I'm still 10+ pounds over my "normal" weight and ~15 or so above my "happy" weight. I think I am going to have to re-evaluate my goals. This weight goal has just not been happening after three years or so ... I think I may be faced with a new "normal". I'm going to focus on fitness instead - at least maybe I can make some progress there.
