I just want to introduce myself. I have been on 3FC for a few years. During which time I lost most of the weight, then got pregnant with baby # 2 and ended up starting all over again.
So, here I am. 19 lbs from goal (which I might change as I get closer).
I am also a runner. Another reason I would like to lose more weight is to improve my time, and not beat on my knees as much.

Welcome. You have come so far and are making great progress. Keep up the good work. Are you finding it harder to lose weight the closer you get to goal? Haven't lost anything for over 5 weeks and it's frustrating.
Hi. this is my first post. I just found this website. I am a runner as well. and have gained over 15 lbs in the last year. I think due to menopause, cappacinos. and slacking on running... plus eating more sweets....
I have to face the facts. Now I also have high blood pressure. my goal is to lose 15 lbs and fit in my clothes again without having to squeeze into my fat clothes!
