Thank you guys. I appreciate the motivation. I've been strong for 2 days now so far...taking one step at a time. I've kept my calories low at 1200, cut out the little splurges, and my carbs are moderately low (around 50g a day), so I am hoping to eventually add back in more gym visits and start strength training again. Hopefully the extra time off of school will help me restart.

It -is- tough knowing that I had hoped to be done w/ this journey by this point in the year, but I suppose 5-6 more months aren't that much in the scheme of things. I know I'll never regret losing this weight, but I would DEFINITELY regret getting frozen yogurt with a friend tonight :P!

I would just mix things up a bit, not cut calories. 1200 is already on the low end. It has taken me 14 months to lose 60 lbs. and there were periods of 3-4 months where I didn't really lose anything, then I'd drop 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Changing up my excersize routine, adding more excersize for a week, and just mixing up my food when I got into a rut helped. Strength training has helped me be able to eat more calories while still losing weight.
