congrats on the weight lost. We women have to deal with the water weight, it can be a pain at times and sometimes de-motivating when you have worked your butt off and see no change. I've learned to just be patient and the scale will move. I'm a scale addict which isn't a good thing but I'm working on it. I'm down to 144 and will be in the 130s by Easter so I'm not far off from joing you ladies.
Still in the 129s this morning, but not likely to drop any lower for another week or two, so here's hoping I move firmly into the 120s pretty soon. I like to have that bit of wiggle room to have a nice meal out!
I officially hit 132 last night. I had hoped to get to goal by the end of March, but it will be impossible for me to lose 5 lbs in 1 week. That being said, I'm pretty happy with what I have done this month which is a little less than 5. Boy these last few pounds are slow going.
