March targets...

  • I just want to write down my march target, i will love to be at 120's ....if somebody want to join me ,welcome.

    As last Friday 132.6
    Goal for march: 129.8
  • I want to be at 119 -- and done with half my weight loss -- by the end of spring break (March 21st), so my hope for March is to lose five pounds of fat and hopefully turn a little more into lean muscle mass. Oh, and to be able to run a 30-minute 5k.

    As of this morning, March 1: 121.6
    Goal weight, April 1: 117.1
  • hello all! I'm new to this board! I'd love to join in! I'd like to be hovering just around 120 by March end.

  • My goals for March are to get under 120 and STAY there, and also lower my average weight from last month. For February, my avg. weight was 121.9, so would like it to be lower.
    Weight today: 120.6
    Goal 4/1: 118.0
    It doesn't seem like much, but very insurmountable right now...
  • My goal is to be comfortably under 140, so I'm in 130s no matter when I weigh in during the day. Also, would love to be running solid 30-40 minutes and graduate c25K in the second week.

  • First, I'd like to see 124. When I manage to hit that ill shoot for 122
  • My big goal is to hit 115 by April, so I've made some mini goals for March that are down in my signature. I probably also hope that I'm 118 by March 31st.
  • My goal is to end March at 135 and I am currently 141
  • I'd love to be at 110 by the end of March, but I can handle 112, as the weight loss is coming much slower these days. Right now, at 116.8.
  • I would love to see the 120s again by April!
