I just had a mild "snack attack" with plain yogurt. Probably about 100 calories so not a huge deal, but it's a bit late to be eating. |

Today was a model day, everything was really well balanced. Calorie counts estimated. No sweaty cardio today; did 2 workouts yesterday though!
Breakfast - 200 -Plain oatmeal (100) -80g probiotic plain yogurt (60) -Minneola (similar to a tangerine/clementine; 30-40) Lunch - 600 (?) -Heaping portion of "protein slop" - chicken breast, firm tofu, egg mixed up with about 100g kimchee -Small apple slice from a coworker -0 calorie jelly dessert ;) Dinner - 500 -Gnocchi (180) -Veggies: 1 small eggplant, 8 cherry tomatoes, 200g frozen broccoli/cauliflower/snap pea/carrot mix (140?) -Arrabbiata pasta sauce, sprinkle of shredded cheese (80?) -1 dekopon (citrus fruit), 13 seedless grapes (100) Calorie Total: ~1300 Exercise -50 pushups, 200 crunches, bird dogs, squats before work -80 minutes brisk walking w/lots of hills |
