Doing' a little happy dance. . . .
24 minutes and 30 seconds to run a 5K! This was on a treadmill, so I'm anxious to see what I can do with hills on my regular route at home. There's even a chance I could be running a 5K race over Thanksgiving break--hoping to break out under 24 min. 15 sec, but that may be a pipe dream--we'll see.
It will be different racing outside than on the treadmill, but you will also have the energy of the crowd and the adrenaline of race day to help fuel you! I bet your time will be pretty close (within 2 minutes) of your treadmill time.
