Default Boing - here we bloody go again

I am so annoyed with myself. Running 3x a week is NOT enough to counteract eating stupidly and I KNOW this. So why am I so upset about having put on 3 lb in the last two weeks?

So here we are back to 145, which I was when I got back from honeymoon in AUGUST FFS.

It's six weeks till Christmas. My birthday is out of the way - can I lose 6 lb to get back into the 130s before then? YES I CAN!!!

6 pounds in 6 weeks, I like it! You go!

And who knows, when it's only 3 lbs anything can happen. It could disappear immediately when you get your diet back on track.

(I am the opposite. Food is good, exercise not enough. I really want to start running again and canNOT get my butt in gear Runners like you inspire me and make me want to get out there and do it. FFS!)

mmmm. Totally understand the running v eating thing. The more i run the more weight i tend to put on. Very sad!

On the 'ange scale', i'm medium running (approx 30km a week) and medium eating (too much) at the moment.

Good luck with your targets, but don't kill yourself for a christmas date otherwise you'll be more likely to stick it back on again over christmas i reckon.

How about 6lb by end of Jan instead, then perhaps you'll be more likely just to keep going with the good habits into feb?

Well, I was down to 144 this morning so that's a good start. I ran 16.86 miles last week and it is only going to get more as I continue to train. I'm aiming for about 1600-1700 cals a day whicdh should result in a net loss, but not be low enough to make me hungry - which is when I tend to graze mindlessly.
