On plan so far! Did a 5k today outside (untimed because my watch is out of battery and my ipod is broken--sadness). Planning to do pilates tomorrow (yay! Love pilates!).

I'd like to join you. Now that I finally got to 129.8, I see I'm eating at the upper end of my range and feel like I'm sabotaging this happy event. So it's time for a challenge.
My goals: To be 128 by Thanksgiving. (I lose realy slowly, so that should be doable.) To be 127 by Dec. 1 Leg exercies for the sides, besides other exercises that I do. Eating when I'm hungry only. Good Luck to everyone! Tyla |

My goals for Dec 1st:
To be 140 - But I will take 142 if I can get there! To not drink until Christmas - Shouldn't be a problem To workout 5 days a week for at least 30 mins of cardio To keep trying to stay positive and to not give up! |

My goal is to get to 128 by dec. 1st. I'm sooo close, I did a weigh in this morning- 133! :) I just need to be good about what I'm eating, snacking, and continue to exercise! I'm starting to take dance classes again, but that's only one night a week. I think I need to tack on a yoga, taiqi, pilates schedule with it |

I have been doing quite nicely the last few days. I feel like I LOOK a little thinner, which is strange because its TOM. But i'll take it! I hopped on a scale last night at a friends house. Bad idea! It said i was 6 pounds heavier than 2 weeks ago at the doctors. That is IMPOSSIBLE. I decided to forget what I saw and not think about it. It really is best to have one scale to chart progress with because everyone is a little different. I hope everyone else is doing well! |

maenad, I cannot get on my scale at night. I can go up about 10 lbs with all the water I drink. Best to weigh at the same time of day on your own scale. Forget what happened on the scale and get back to feeling thin. :)

Congratulations Tyla! I remember when I got to the 120s--much rejoicing!
My anxiety over running is steadily decreasing--it only took me about 15 minutes today to make myself get out the door. Maybe that's pathetic, but that's far less than it has been other times. And the fight wasn't as fierce this time--I knew I wanted to go run (it's a GORGEOUS day here) and I DID IT! I took it slower today because I'm sore from really going for it on the elliptical Wednesday, but I still ran it at least under 9 min./mile (for 3.1 miles). Just one more round on the elliptical tomorrow and that will be week #2 of totally sticking to my exercise plan! Wahoooo! :) |

Great work! I am struggling to stay motivated to run now that it's gotten colder. There is a sandstorm going on and the neighbors are always burning garbage, so I tell myself "you don't need to run, you can just do Tae Bo indoors and keep your lungs safe." But we all know that exercise videos and running are totally different, and doing a variety of exercises is good for you. Hoping today is the day I get back on the pavement. I suppose I should wait for the hangover to subside first though...
I'm pretty well on track to meet my goal. I may change it yet again depending on what I weigh a week from today. I am between 126.5-127.0 now. |

I need to get on the elliptical today--they had salmon patties at lunch today, and I ate 3 plus I had cottage cheese with my fruit and baby carrots. So it's looking like I'm having an egg white omelet for dinner. :) |
Oneoftwelve, thank you for the congrats. You're right, I'm still rejoicing. Actually, I'm in shock and have difficulty believing I really am at 129.2. I have been counting my cals, exercising and drinking my water. But it's taken me so long to get here, that I'm in shock.

Congrats on your success Tyla! You are .2 pounds away from goal. How incredible!!!
We are almost the same weight and we are the same height!! If I can be anything 128 by Thanksgiving Ill be happy. Then next goal is 125 by Christmas :) And then drumroll, 118-120 by the beg. of February!! |

I am not doing well and wont be reaching my goal of december first. FML. Now i admit it. I have gained two lbs and i am back at 138 lbs. So if December 1st i weight at least 134lbs i would be very very very happy. Crossing my fingers that those two lbs are just water weight..

As per usual I've gone a bit AWOL. Adjusting into single life has meant me throwing myself into 'activities' which luckily has been mostly the gym. Thought I'd do an assessment and see what I can do over the next 3 days! Daily - Count Calories (1200-1400) not always but definitely for last 10 days Max 1 diet coke ha! not at all. But some days I didn't have DC at all, which is unheard of 6 glasses of water when I am at the office I have at least 4, so perhaps! 1 Low fat instant choc (40 cals) yes, if I have one at all. Weekly- Go to gym 3 times a week for at least an hour apart from a week when I was ill I have been 3-4 times a week for 40 mins Including fighting the FEAR and joining a class. yes both Dynamic Yoga and Zumba - I suck btw but what the heck! One night a week with alcohol. pretty much, also been going to pub and not drinking I started with 126 lbs and a 27.5 inch waist and wanted to be 120 lbs with a 26 inch waist. This morning I weighed in at 122! But it might be because I was dehydrated from drinking last night (?), and my waist is 26.5. I'm hoping I can do this in 2 weeks. How is everyone else getting on? |

Tyla Thank you! But i did not reach my december 1 st goal of 134 lbs due to a horrible weekend. I did reach 137 lbs which is only 3 lbs away from the 134. I am thinking with good eating i should be bale to get down to 134 by sunday.
Krampus again congrats on your weightloss. Dora you can reach your goal of 122 for sure! I cant wait to be where your at . Since my goal is 120 lbs. Good luck everyone. Btw how did november go for you guys? FOr me it was disappointing. I only lose like 3 lbs or not even. |
