Default Stoked!!!!!!

Girls,
I went out and ran a 5K today, just because I wanted to see how fast I could run. It was a beautiful day, and I honestly ENJOYED running; I only had to psych myself up to keep going about 3 or 4 times, which is way less than normal.
And I finished in . . . .
24 minutes and 38 seconds!
I'm planning on running a formal 5K race over Thanksgiving break, and I'm hoping to get it down to 23 minutes 30 seconds!
Sorry again to brag, but I'm so stoked!!!!!!!

I just did a 5km race this morning and came in at a very pedestrian 29:12!!!

Make sure you enter that race and report back!

Great to hear! You can do it!

I ran at a steady but slowish jog for 45 minutes almost effortlessly today. First time I've ever run more than 20 minutes without stopping to walk!!!!!!!
