Anyone interested in seeing what others are doing to feel better, enjoy themselves, and let go of those last pounds?
Mine today:
Walking, 50 minutes. (20 slow-ish, 20 brisk, 10 cool down)
Callanetics and stretching, 1 hour.
May dance a bit or try some of the things at Yogatic later.
I try to do something for strength, flexibilty, endurance and just-for-fun each day.
I wish you all much delight in moving around.



I think after getting into the grind of my current routine, I will add in some weight training 

I'm not even close to being bulky. It just isn't in our genetic makeup.

Now I can do 10 minutes non stop. It probably sounds silly to runners becuase they can run hours but this small victory shows me that you CAN build up your stamina no matter how impossible it seems. 
I opted to drive to work today so I wouldn't hurt myself on the bike... so today I'm taking a day off from working out just to be safe. I guess I'm not ready yet to be biking AND hitting the gym daily...
