I'm actually doing that now because I've plateaued for a few weeks and I, too, have exams coming up!! I'm now going lower because I just didn't feel like I was going fast enough at my current point (my goal is to be back down to 130 at LEAST by September, if not even lower). It's worked

It also helps to include variety -- when I crave sweets (coming from the girl who used to eat half a loaf of italian bread at sunday dinner), I either go for any of the Jell-O puddings or Weight Watchers/Skinny Cow ice creams. It's really just variety, too. If you want something you can seemingly binge on during finals, go with Watermelon! According to all of the websites I've looked at, an ounce of it is about 5 calories -- the bulk fills you up and you feel like you're being so bad, but you're not
