I started working out about 3+ months ago. I started with Cardioke, then 30 Day Shred, and now I'm doing p90x. I want to lose 3-5 pounds more. I'd like smaller thighs, firmer hips, more defined abs, and smaller waist. Maybe I won't see dramatic changes from here on out, but at least I have pics this time!
