  • Hi! all! I had 2026 calories yesterday which is a ton but way less than i was eating before. I havn't done yoga before but love the look of yogo doers - long and lean! and i think i could use a de-stresser. I haven't looked anywhere yet and am too cheap to pay for classes and i don't rreally haev that much time so i think i am going to try the videos. i posted a ? in the exercise boards yeaterday and am on my way to check for some responses. I will update!

    MCP1109 - are you a digiscrapper? I saw the xmas kit as you pic. I am a digiscrapper as well, what site are you on?

    I actually love scrapbooking. I’m actually new to digital scrapbooking I had gotten an adobe cd for my birthday this November, I immediately fell in love with it. You can be so creative with it. It'll be great if you tell of any sites you know.

    I didn't do so great today and its my first day I had way to small of a breakfast i only ate a banana so by the time lunch hit i was starving starving. And i hadn't had any snacks with me since i was Christmas shopping. So when lunch came i was driving down the street to my house when i smelled subway...so i got a foot long Italian BMT with light mayo and ate it all. Nice huh! lol. But its still not the end of the day so i'll do a smaller dinner maybe a salad with chicken breast and try to get my water in. no exercising today either way to busy (I KNOW EXCUSES) but my sister is moving into her new place and i have to go help plus do some more Christmas shopping.

    I am feeling so overwhelmed...please motivate me, i need it!
  • Don't get overwhelmed! I am the same way if i dont eat breakfast i will go crazy at lunch, my binge is burger king whopper - full size not even the jr.
    i have been really bad about my water lately -i have to start drinking more.

    eat breakfast!!!! i have been having oatmeal and it is filling and warm! whenever i try to watch what i eat i start with the oatmeal again.

    be positive! i know it is a crazy time of year! but try and be prepared!

    i love digiscrapping! I started about a year ago and i am hooked! i use adobe elements. the site i frequent most is digitalscrapbookplace (i can' post the site i havent been on this board long enough) there is a great community of people there and tons of stuff fro new scrappers. tutorials, mentors, challenges for newbies, freebies, support chats. i could go on and on. check it out!

  • today was a pretty good day calorie wise for me i was at 1360. but my food choices wern't great (i had a bagel for dinner) but today is a new day! and i am off to have my oatmeal!!! bbl later!

    I dont logg on every day but i do few times a week. Ive started recently and im currently on the slimming world plan.

    I have about 20 lbs to lose as well. I have been doing alright, when a little over my norm for dinner this evening, but i didn't eat much Lunch. I am back to running and working out. feeling good!

    MCP- don't forget breakfast again! its the most important meal of the day!

    Hello all!

    Thank you for understanding exactly where im coming from I did good today but i still felt hungry, i knew i really wasn't but i felt like i need more. so far i've had about 9 glass of water and so far about 900 cals im doing a low 1200 calorie a day, i know its low but i actually do this with a nutritionist (which happens to be my sister). I did exercises today an hour an half of running and walking. next week i might start eliminating meat specially red i don't eat it a lot now anyway maybe 2 times a week if that sometimes not at all.

    I actually went to the movies to day and had no popcorn i did take an apple and my water bottle which is my new favorite thing. I saw the Blind Side with Sandra Bullock, it was amazing!

    I will check out the digiscrappers i love to join in!

    Weighed in at 144.8! But then I went out with my friends and ate sangria and nachos and chocolate!! I didn't binge though...so that's good.

  • Hi all! Hope you had a great weekend! I did ok this weekend but my dh went into the hospital on thursday and i have at mcdonalds 2 times. it is the only thing in the hospital nad i have been runnign around like crazy. working, finding a sitter for my dd etc so no time to cook. he is having surgery tomorrow and will be home on sunday so this week will be even crazier.
    but i di dlose this week, I am down to 136.5 so 3.5 lbs down! i am going to try to staty on pint this week! i wont be around tommorrow but will check in on wed. have a great day and stay focused!!

    I just joined this site as well, and have only been on the south beach diet for 3 days. I have not weighed myself since I started, but I feel fatter! I am all gassed up from all the veggies your supposed to eat. I have cut out ALL breads, sugar, fruit, rice, oatmeal, pasta, etc. Day 3 and I havent cheated once which is HUGE for me. Until I was 25 I weighted under 129. Flat ripped belly and a rockin body....not sure what happened but started to get stomach bloat a few years ago and it has yet to leave me, if I am ill and dont eat for a few days (flu) then it goes away, but one sip of even water and it grows, I look prego! I am leaving for a cruise december 27th so I am on a mission! HELP!!! Exercise is my downfall
  • hi! haven't been around fro a week. dh was in the hospital then had surgery and finaly came home this week. ihavent been watching whta i eat int he past 2 weeks. I will weigh myself tomorrow. but i am trying to get back on track! hope everyone is doing well! check in!
  • I'm down 5 pounds in a week, yet I look/feel no different. I am not as gassy but still bloated. I look in the mirror..look same, clothes fits same. Id o though FEEL healthier. I have not cheated once, and I'm on day 8. Unfortunately I've had the flu since friday (yet still eating 3 full meals) but unable to exercise. I'm sure if I added exercise I'd see more of a difference. I feel satisfied, and def will keep this up, at least till my cruise in 10 days!
