I have a wedding that I want to drop about seven pounds for in two weeks. It's the seven pounds that I sort of use as my leeway and I stay within that all the time. I just happen to be at the heavier end of it right now. I am sure that it is extra water weight because I have been overindulging in salty foods. So a lot more fruit and salads for me, running every night along with softball, and no more cookie batches for a while. Also, I think I am going to food journal again just to put me back on the track I want to be on.
I am excited to have another goal. It's been awhile. Maintenance has been relatively easy, but I think it is good to have something to be working toward all the time and miss that. So thanks chickies for all your support. If anybody else has any pointers or tips, besides a cleanse -- I wouldn't last one day, please give them.
