I think that i belong in this group. I'm 5'5 and weight 150, my "normal" weight is 120 but i am trying to get down to 110 if that's possible. I started gaining weight after high school (7 years ago), and have had several drastic weight changes since then. This is my third time trying to lose unwanted pound and i'm having a more difficult time then i have before. I've been trying to lose weight for several months now but i just cant seem to keep myself motivated. I will start a workout routine and stick with it for a week but one i miss one day its over. I will usually wait a week or 2 before starting over again with a new routine that ends in the same results. I have the same patterns with dieting and portion control.
I have been using fitday.com and i really love it, i don't have to have a diet and it really helps me see when i am overeating & its motivating for me to eat healthier.
I would really appreciate any advice that i can get.
