Talking YAY!! 10% body weight loss... ABOUT TIME!!
hey all!!


i FINALLY reached my 10% weightloss after freaking 4 months of WW and gym... hardcore hehe ... i went from 152.2lbs to 137.0lbs today

i suffer from hypothyroidism so this is the third attempt of losing weight from 152... two of them.. not very successfully hehehe

FINALLY!!!!! so.... i know that 15 lbs doesnt sound too much in most weight loss forums but all of you featherweights understand how hard work it is....

HAPPYNESS... wanted to share it!

15lbs is something to be proud of!!! It can be harder for someone at a lower weight to lose 15 than for someone at a very high weight to lose 25!!

You should be very proud of yourself and your results are stunning!!

that 15 pounds made a huge difference! you look so fit and trim!
