The last one was my first one and I found it so motivating, I cant imagine changing a thing.

Ok, I'm in... because maybe the embarrassment of posting my weight here will move me to get my butt in gear...
SW : one freakin' sixty 160 -- hopefully this is only water weight, wine and too much food last night... but I haven't seen that number in years

Ok, I'm in. I'm new here and just love this site. I have started the Couch to 5k, have revamped my eating habits, joined WW and and trying to get more exercise in. (The last two years have been bad and now I'm fighting menopause, fatigue and constant hunger.) But I'll take this challenge!! Here's to a new beginning and getting rid of 3 lbs this week!! I'm only 4'11" and this extra 20 lbs is killing me!
