Hi jenn! Welcome to Featherweights...
Let's start with the basics, based on what I see from your post:
1. A rate of healthy weight loss is an average of 1-2lbs per week. Keep in mind that since you have less to lose, the reality might be more like .5-1lb/week. 8 weeks x 1lb/week = ~8lbs in 2 months, so you should be able to reach your goal! BUT......
2. Exercising 2x/week is NOT enough. You need to start sweating for at least 45 min. 4x/week, at minimum (this is my personal suggestion).
3. 80% of weight loss is attributed to what goes into your mouth! What are you eating lately? I would recommend lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, 2-3 servings of lowfat dairy every day, lean protein, whole grains and a minimum of sugar and fat. You are off to a good start already by drinking lots of water; that will keep your system hydrated and stave off feelings of hunger, which can ultimately lead to overeating. Keep it up!
I'm not going to lie to you, 10lbs in 2 months is a tough goal to achieve - but it is not impossible by any means. To get there, however, you are going to have to work your butt off!

We support each other here, though; feel free to drop into the weekly chat to keep us updated on what you're doing and see what everyone else is up to.
Good luck!!
