I can totally relate to the feelings you are all having. They seem to come up when I've lost just a little bit of weight, and start to feel better about myself....so I don't feel this super hard push to lose weight and stick with the plan.
I recently read "The Beck Diet Solution" and the method that she recommends, which works for me, is to write down a long list of all the reasons why you want to lose weight.

Add experiences, feelings, clothing you want to wear....all that good stuff. Make copies of it to keep around, or in your purse, and then read it in the morning before you start your day, or before you eat big meals, or before you walk into a situation that you know is going to tempt you to cheat. Don't just skim over it, but really READ it and picture in your mind all of the things that you have written down.
I really find that it renews my commitment to myself and helps keep me focused.
