Went out with DH for dinner last night. I wore a black leather (slightly) mini dress and 3-inch heels. Not my usual thing. It was quite fun to don this "other" me and I felt quite confident .

DH wanted to "show" me off! !

I'm finding I do a lot of other things with much more confidence now. Including doing my income tax this morning. In the past I would have had to rely on DH to help me but today I just kept looking at last year's and figured it all out myself. Another part of being a "grown-up" that I enjoy - accomplishing something that's really hard!
